Coaches Helton and Katie Silva; Black Belts; husband and wife have over 40 years of combined martial arts experience and are parents to four children. All six family members train Mixed Martial Arts and the oldest two children are also Coaches at the academy. With a firm belief that Martial Arts is for everyone, they aim to make classes accessible for all ages and abilities. Helton and Katie have always dreamed of having a Martial Arts School. Along with their children, they coach all classes together. They believe that family is extremely important and encourage families to train together.
